A cloud-based veterinary CRM for Philippine clinics. It keeps client and patient records, EMR entries, templates and attachments in one place, available on any device and at every branch.

Built

Marketing site: Pre-rendered site with features, pricing, live-demo and FAQ pages, a sign-up flow connected to the API, a sitemap, and analytics behind a cookie-consent banner.
Clinic dashboard (app.vetdeck.com and a public demo instance): web app for clients, patients, records, categories, templates, members and settings.
Backend: built on in-house modules for authentication and data management. It is multi-tenant: each clinic lives in a shared pool or its own database and can be moved between them.
Online booking and appointments, imports for onboarding new clinics, file attachments, and scheduled jobs for expiry and retention.
Deployment: one-command release scripts for every part of the system.

A property listings portal for houses, lots, condominiums and commercial spaces for sale, rent or lease. It is a full rewrite of the legacy site, built on a brand-agnostic engine. Each brand (title, currency, theme, legal text) is set per deployment.

Built

Public: search with filters (state, type, availability, beds and baths, price), listing pages with photo galleries, related listings, rate-limited inquiries, browse by location, and a directory of developer projects.
Accounts: register, verify, login, listing management, photo upload and reordering, a draft → pending → published → expired workflow, and an inquiry inbox.
Admin: moderation queue, user management with impersonation, location management, and reports with CSV export.
Installable app: works as a home-screen app, with an offline shell and runtime caching. Photo sizes are generated automatically in the background.
Importer that moved the legacy site's listings, users and photos into the new schema.

KasamBuhay

A web app where household employers (amo) and domestic workers (kasambahay) share one employment record. It is organised around RA 10361 (the Batas Kasambahay). Both sides see the same contract, attendance, leave and pay records.

Built

Marketing site: Site in Taglish with sections for each audience, a feature overview, a plain-language guide to the law, and an FAQ.
App (app.kasambuhay.com): Dashboard in English and Filipino, with a mobile-first worker side. Covers contracts, attendance and rest days, leave, cash advances (bale), payslips, SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG contributions, and private documents served through signed links.
Workers join through an invite code. Access is role-based (employer, worker, admin), and outsiders get 404 instead of 403.
Backend: built on in-house modules for authentication, terms and consent tracking, and PDF output. Email is sent in the background.

Brand and franchise website · Food manufacturing

Website for a maker of dimsum and Chinese delicacies, with a product showcase, franchise details, manufacturing photos, an events page and a contact form.

Rebuilt from an archived copy after the original site was lost. The copy, photos and brand colours were kept; the front end was rebuilt with new modals and carousels, scroll animations, lazy-loaded images and a responsive layout.

Website for a book publisher. It has a book catalogue with individual book pages, author profiles, a library, publishing services, partners, and a news section with article pages.

Education services · Website + platform

Public website for bachelor's, graduate and post-graduate programmes offered through partner universities. It covers programmes, stats, testimonials and contact.

Behind it is the NourishED platform: enrollment, student information, academic management across several institutions, and affiliate commissions. It has a role-based dashboard for students, affiliates and admins.

Wellness e-commerce · Website + member platform

Storefront for herbal coffee blends, supplements and beauty products. It has shop and product pages, a wishlist, checkout and payment, order confirmation, multi-currency pricing, guest checkout, and affiliate referral links checked against the API.

Behind it is a member dashboard for a binary-network affiliate business (network, commissions, earnings, ordering) and an admin back-office for orders, members and payouts. It includes real-time notifications and in-app chat.
